GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SALARY SURVEY ON THE WEBSITE WWW.MOJAPLATA.MK, provided by ALMA CAREER NORTH MACEDONIA DOOEL
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. ALMA CAREER NORTH MACEDONIA DOOEL Skopje, with its registered office at Debarca Street No. 10, 1000 Skopje. (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), is the operator of the website www.mojaplata.mk and the provider of the Salary Survey service.
2. The Operator issues these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC"), which regulate the rights and obligations of the Operator and the Client in the provision and use of the Salary Survey.
3. The Salary Survey and its results are intended solely for the Client’s internal use. Without prior written consent of the Operator, the Client may not distribute, copy, reproduce, or publicly publish the results of the Salary Survey, especially not for marketing purposes. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw such consent if it may damage its reputation.
TERMS GOVERNING THE FEE REGULATION FOR THE SALARY SURVEY FOR INDIVIDUALS – NON-ENTREPRENEURS
4. Users may order the Salary Survey by completing a short online form depending on the position and region.
5. Before confirming the order, users must provide their e-mail address and confirm the order by clicking the "Order" button.
6. The Salary Survey is provided on a pre-payment basis. Once paid, it is delivered to the e-mail address specified by the Client.
7. After confirming the order, the Client must pay the fee by credit card.
8. The Salary Survey is provided under these terms exclusively for individuals – non-entrepreneurs.
9. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Salary Survey results. The Survey is purely statistical in nature.
TERMS GOVERNING THE FEE REGULATION FOR THE SALARY SURVEY FOR LEGAL ENTITIES – ENTREPRENEURS
10. To use the services, the Client must register on the Website and create an online account protected by a username and password.
11. Additional Salary Surveys can be ordered through the account or in writing/e-mail.
12. The order must include the Client’s name, legal form, address, registration number, tax/VAT ID, contact details, and service type.
13. An order confirmed by the Operator is binding and can only be changed by mutual agreement. The Operator may charge an administrative fee for changes.
14. The price of the Salary Survey is determined by the valid price list on the Website.
15. The invoice is usually issued after the delivery of results, unless pre-payment is required.
16. The Client must pay the fee in full and on time.
17. In case of late payment, the Operator may charge 0.1% daily interest and suspend services until payment is made.
18. Complaints about invoices must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.
19. Refunds are issued only if individual amounts exceed EUR 0.50.
COMMON PROVISIONS
20. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Salary Survey results.
21. The Operator is not liable for misuse of usernames or passwords.
22. The Salary Survey and its results are protected under the Law on Copyright.
23. The Client may submit complaints about Operator errors within 14 days.
24. The Client agrees that their contact data may be used for marketing purposes.
25. The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement the GTC.
26. All relations not stated in the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of N.Macedonia.
27. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on October 30, 2025.
